to mark, or not to mark. That is the question.

Tattoos have been on my mind as of late, I talk to friends a lot about whether they like tattoos or have one, or why they might want one. My best friend has a cupcake and most of the people I know would like one one day, whether it be to represent something specific or not,
But it's got me thinking about whether I would ever get one, Or to be frank whether I would ever have the downright balls to do it, so here are some tattoos that I admire, that remind of things that are meaningful to me or simply amuse me. To tattoo or not tattoo, je ne sais pas.

Today is a new day like many,

I recently found a list of things to do each day on blogging, so I thought I should begin and delve into the world that is blogging and online publishing of thoughts. Who knows it may even come in handy one day..

So I shall start with an introduction to well, Me.

1. I enjoy home a lot and have managed to make my room into somewhat of a sanctuary away from the world thats warm and cosy.

2. I dream of travelling almost everyday and feel I have a connection to England and Europe, even though I've only been there once when I was four. I cannot wait to see all of the worlds continents and the marvels that they hold.

3. I stand as a mish mash of eras,I love of sixties music art and bohemian-ness, I wish sometimes I lived in the fifties where the women had strong features and even stronger curves, I like the nineties and the androgynous and grunge elements of it's fashion, I like the seventies and the outrageous colours and designs as well as the Victorian era where the art is beautifula and soft like the old lace dresses.

4. My Great- Grandfather designed the 'zig zag man' on the cover of zig zag ciggarette papers

5. My family history is complicated but fascinating, I can claim not only Irish and English heritage but French as well,

6. I am a university student in the midst of first year law, political science, history and a touch of French

7. Every week I dance, usually at a ballet class but I also like to run along the river bank in the afternoons and clear my head

8. I spend my Friday evenings having Prawn Laksa's and hanging out with my mum, and I would not have it anyother way.

9. I'm lactase intolerant so I cannot have dairy products often

10. I like to read books, especially the classics like the Great Gatsby and Catcher in the Rye, but I also love historical novels and Harry Potter( and much much more)

11. My eyes have two different colours in them- blue and hazel and they form two rings around my pupil.

12. I dislike incorrect grammar and slang, yet I cannot spell to save myself.

13. I like to paint and currently have a pile of paintings stacked in my room that I'm not sure what do with.

14. I love to swim in the sea and enjoy summer when it comes around every year.

15. At the moment I have been listening to a lot of Angus and Julia Stone, The Tallest Man on Earth, Ben Folds Five, Kings of Leon and the Smiths.
